Care and Companionship with Emma Ltd was established in 2021 with a clear vision: to provide the highest quality domiciliary care services whilst maintaining the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of every individual we support.
Founded by Emma, who brings years of experience in the care sector, our company was born from a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. We recognised that many care providers had lost sight of what truly matters – the person receiving care.
From our humble beginnings, we've grown into a trusted name across Pembrokeshire, earning recognition as a multi award finalist business and maintaining our C.I.W registration with pride. But despite our growth, we've never lost sight of our core values: compassion, respect, dignity, and excellence.

Founder & Director
Hello! I'm Emma, and I established Care and Companionship with Emma Ltd because I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.
With extensive experience in the care sector, I've seen first-hand the difference that truly personalised, attentive care can make to people's lives. Too often, care becomes a checklist of tasks rather than a relationship built on trust and understanding.
That's why I founded this company – to create a service where care genuinely comes first. Every member of our team shares this vision, and we work tirelessly to ensure that every client receives the individual attention and support they deserve.
