I can hardly believe it, but this month we're celebrating five years of Care and Companionship with Emma Ltd! What a journey it has been.
From those very first days back in 2021, building this business has been all about compassion, kindness, and genuine care for the people of Pembrokeshire. To have grown from strength to strength over these five years, whilst staying true to that original vision, means everything to me.
It's been another wonderful month for the team – we've been out and about enjoying the beautiful weather and stunning views around the Pembrokeshire coast with our clients, alongside everything from personal care and medication support to meal preparation, shopping, appointments, and helping people access their local community.
Every visit is about so much more than providing care – it's about meaningful conversation, reassurance, and helping the people we support continue enjoying the places and activities they love.
None of this would be possible without my incredible team, and of course, our wonderful clients who trust us to be part of their care journey. Thank you for five brilliant years – here's to many more!
