The first week of March has been filled with lots of activities for our clients! We've been attending the Gate to Plate project at The VC Gallery and even managed a trip to Broad Haven beach to enjoy the first of many sunny afternoons in Pembrokeshire – we hope anyway!
We celebrated Mrs R's birthday on Monday, and she had a wonderful day surrounded by lots of love and smiles. Happy birthday from us all!
Mr M enjoyed his fortnightly companionship visit earlier this week, where he spent the morning building and painting another fantastic Airfix model aeroplane with Matthew. The pictures are fabulous!
Awards Night in Llanelli
I attended the West Wales Health and Social Care Awards 2026 in Llanelli. Although we didn't win our category of 'Team of the Year', to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the top 3 amongst two other outstanding teams within the NHS and Integrated Care is an achievement in itself for my little business.
So another huge well done is owed to my wonderful team of 14 caring staff members who go above and beyond every day in their roles.
Weekend Ahead
I hope everyone has a lovely weekend! For us, it doesn't stop – we will be out and about across Pembrokeshire providing hours of care and support support this weekend to help enable our wonderful clients to remain living independently in their own homes, and that's what I call job satisfaction.
