It's been another busy few weeks getting out and about across Pembrokeshire!
From enjoying our beautiful local surroundings to days out in the community, our support is all about helping the people we care for to stay active, independent, and connected while doing the things they enjoy.
It was really lovely for our team to attend Garth in the Park with Mr C on Monday, and what fabulous weather we had for such a wonderful community event!
